Carl Haasper CPA
Carl Haasper is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant and the Founder and President of Green Mountain Accounting & Tax P.C. in Stowe, Vermont. Carl is also a registered representative - Series 7/66 - Investment Advisor, licensed in Life and Health Insurance and a licensed notary providing additional solutions to clients. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University in Business and an Accounting Degree from Hofstra University. Prior to starting GMAT P.C., Carl worked in banking in Manhattan at J.P. Morgan Chase and Co. where he was a Vice President. Carl currently resides with his Fiancée, Nicole in Stowe & Waterbury Center. Carl is an avid hunter, fly-fisherman and skier.

Roger Schoenbeck CPA
Roger started his professional career in Buffalo, New York after graduating from the University of Buffalo in 1971. Roger obtained his CPA certification in 1976 from the State of New York. He then combined with a CPA in Norwich, New York and they started Bach & Schoenbeck, Professional Corporation. In 1982 he joined the Vermont Housing Finance Agency where he managed the financial operations for over 20 years. Stints at Sallie Mae in Virginia and also at New England Culinary Institute followed, before he opened Roger A. Schoenbeck, CPA firm in Stowe, Vermont in 2009. He has been elected to the Vermont Golf Association Board of Directors where he has served for most of the last 30 years. His daughter (Alison) resides in Stowe providing graphic design and paralegal support services to attorneys for a California based national law firm. Roger is an avid golfer and enjoys kayaking and cross-country skiing.

Justina McConnell CPA
Justina is a licensed certified public accountant and brings over ten years of diverse accounting and finance experience from well know local business. She previously held positions in controllership, financial planning and analysis and public accounting. When not crunching numbers, Justina thoroughly enjoys everything Vermont has to offer with her family, either on the mountains or on the dirt trails!

Edward Eschler CPA
Edward Eschler is a licensed certified public accountant with a host of experience in tax analysis, controllership and business advisory services. Ed is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Business and worked with KPMG and medium regional public accounting firms. Ed enjoys volunteering in the off time as a Licensed Emergency Medical Technician in the local volunteer fire department and is an outdoorsman at heart. Ed will be joining us for the upcoming 2023 tax season.

Lucinda Biette EA
Lucinda is an Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance with experience in small business and individual tax preparation and advisory as well as bookkeeping and accounting in many industries and entity types. She has several different accounting software certifications including Quickbooks Online, Desktop, and Enterprise ProAdvisor, Xero Advisor, and Accounting Suite certification.
She has 3 adult sons and two very loved and spoiled rescue cats. She is an avid Red Sox, Bruins, and Liverpool Football Club fan. When she’s not working or watching her teams’ games, she is reading cozy mysteries or watching the various Star Trek series.
Nicole Vita - Staff Accountant/Office Manager
Nicole is a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers and she is working towards becoming a Certified Public Bookkeeper. Nicole has close to 10 years of accounting experience working as an Accounts Payable Specialist for manufacturing companies, both public and private with locations in the US and across Europe. Nicole brings a unique skill set to GMAT with experience in SOX Compliance, quarterly and yearly audits, working in foreign currencies and VAT in the UK and Italy. Outside of the office Nicole enjoys gardening, skiing and hiking.
